| 1. | Baking the Cake : Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.

| 2. | Scrape batter into the prepared cake pan and spread the top smooth.

| 3. | Release side of springform pan or invert cake pan onto a plate.

| 4. | Pour into the prepared cake pan and quickly swirl to coat evenly.

| 5. | Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top.
|
| 6. | Once all is well blended, pour evenly into the cake pans.
|
| 7. | Scrape the mixture into the cake pan and smooth the top.
|
| 8. | The bottom of my cake pan is scarred from previous tapping.
|
| 9. | Set cake pan in baking pan and place on oven rack.
|
| 10. | Line angel food cake pan with wax paper, tube and sides.
